We collect information you provide when you create an account (email address, password), configure a chatbot (business name, hours, FAQs), or contact us. We also collect usage data such as message counts and session identifiers to power analytics.
Your information is used to operate and improve Pixy — providing the chatbot service, sending transactional emails (lead notifications, password resets), processing billing, and generating aggregated analytics. We do not sell your personal data.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with encryption at rest and in transit. We apply role-based access controls so only you can access your chatbots and leads. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
Pixy uses session cookies required for authentication. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. Analytics are first-party and aggregate.
We use Supabase for database and authentication, Stripe / SSLCommerz for payments, and Resend for transactional email. These providers have their own privacy policies and process data only as needed to deliver their services.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support. Lead data collected through your chatbot widget is yours — you can delete individual leads at any time from your dashboard.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, email us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.
We may update this policy as the product evolves. We will notify registered users by email for material changes. Continued use of Pixy after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
